That was a picture for a fanart contest on DBA, I was supposed to depict a scene that took place during one of the many time leaps. This is what first occurred to me: God cuts off Goku's monkey tail to prevent him from further transforming into an Ozaru. Goku, however, doesn't know anything about it and just wonders ... (and it apparently hurt a lot ...)
