The picture is easy to explain: Luffy and Sanji are on the way with a sea snake and meet a mermaid who Luffy thinks is a fish person. Pictures that should be funny always look so badly painted by me, because I always laugh myself to death while drawing ... (I'm still alive! Don't worry! ^^)
