This is Hiatos, a piece of the Broken Soul of Yuko.
There are 3 parts: one part is accountability and good (yuko).
The second part is anger, hatred and negative feelings (Draco).
And the third part is the neutral side, which always likes to see everything from all perspectives. Hiatos wants to change fate and repeat the other two thirds of his soul in order to become perfect. He is so to speak a final boss in my manga XD (but not evil) XD
