Marco from One Piece and Hotaru alias Sailor Saturn are their favo Anime Charas and therefore I should draw the two as a pair.
I'm actually somewhat satisfied with the picture.
Marco didn't work out that well, but I think Hotaru looks really good. * ~ *
I just looked at a picture of her to remind me how she looks exactly again and then just drew it out of my head. ^. ^
