In the large panel on the left Son-Goku, the little boy in the upper, small panel next to Son-Goku is Son-Gohan, the girl is my own Chara Ranma, who appears in my fanfics and in my doujinshi "Ranma and Piccolo", the green one is Piccolo, the boy in the top right panel is Mirai Trunks and in the bottom right panel is Vegeta.
Basically, I'm actually very satisfied with the picture, only Trunks has become a complete disaster. x_x He looks so strange. I have to say, it was really hard to draw him because of his hairstyle.
