Perhaps you should advertise by use of a thread, to get translators ;) and state the possibilities...
For example:
Translators needed:
German to English
English to Dutch
etc.

Indeed, indeed, this is interesting. NarutoFanGame needs new rules, though, as the old ones are not fit to serve the current game anymore. Shall I create them like I did with the last set of rules for NFG?
EDIT: They are already posted in a somewhat edited version by someone else.
By the way, you know, a new "beta" rumour will probably spread due to the new forum.
